FACTUAL: This photo was taken by Perou of Charlotte in the E4 tv series called "Dirty Sexy Things" this was just one of many photo shoots Perou had done in the tv series.
CONTEXT: Perou had ethereal naked mermaids in mind for this photo shoots, Charlotte's photo turned out to be perfect for his image he had in mind he put this in his portfolio.
TECHNICAL:The lighting in this photo is so perfect for what Perou was trying to portray in this photo shoot,Charlotte's looks very light and delicate and the way the light shines down on her face makes a lovely shadow onto her cheek bones.
